Mrs.D,

Mr.D will be missed by all. I was on the tennis team in the late 60's and will always remember the pipe. He was a role model for both students and atheletes alike at BCHS.
I had planned on attending the services saturday but have to be out of town so please accept my sympathy on your loss.

I was on Coach Dischinger's BCHS Tennis Team for three years from 1967-1970. He was very well liked and greatly respected by all of us on the team as well as by those from other teams. Although our teams had many talented tennis players, Coach Dischinger played a major part in the success of all of our teams for quite a few years. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone in the Dischinger family.

I had Mr. Dischinger for my 10th grade mechanical drawing class at BCHS. A thoroughly professional teacher who inspired his students to achieve to their own maximum capabilities. I still use his "font" in writing my numbers...that's a lasting tradition if ever there was one. My sympathies to the family. He was a great human being.

I had Mr. D for three years of mechanical Drawing also (76-79). I can honestly say that he was the best teacher I had ever had. He went out of his way to make class fun and also to drive you to learn. To this day, I use some of his motivating statements in my line of work. Rest in peace Mr. D.

I was a student in Mr. D's mechanical drawing class for three years. He was a great teacher and motivated me to enter the field. What a great example of what a teacher should be. I'll never forget the trips to Little Venice for plates of the week and Friday music appreciation day. It was the first time I'd ever been to a restaurant. God bless Mr. D's family and may the Good Lord guide you in your time of grief.

We will miss our long-time friend, Jerry. Clif & Jerry were in Korea together 56 years ago, while Margy & Shirley worked at the bank in Tonawanda together! Many, many wonderful memories both in NY and in Florida. May you finally be at peace and free of pain. God bless.

I also had the good fortune to be a student in Mr. Ds mechanical drawing class in 1957-58 when I was a sophomore at BCHS. In order to win one of his spaghetti dinners, you had to have the highest number of "plates of the week" for the semester in your class. I worked like crazy to win that spaghetti dinner and edged out a senior in the class. I fondly remember Mr. D as a great motivator and good teacher. My condolences to his family.
