Martha M. Marlow

Martha M. Marlow, 61, died May 19, 2011, at Treasure Coast Hospice in Fort Pierce. She was born in La Crosse, Va., and lived in Port St. Lucie for nine years, coming from Crescent City. She was a Navy veteran and administrative assistant for Cmdr. John McCain, now a U.S. senator. Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Billy Marlow; daughters, Bridgitt Chaffin of Lake Worth and Patricia Spiro of Hanford, Calif.; sons, Dale Marlow of the Army and Forest Marlow of Jacksonville; sister, Jean Harrison of Virginia Beach, Va.; brothers, Charles Thebarge, Michael Thebarge and Louis Thebarge Jr., all of Virginia Beach; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Joseph and Adelia Eugenia Thebarge. Memorial contributions may be made to any Alzheimer's Association. Services: No services are planned.
