Tammy Hill, 54, died June 8, 2013, at Treasure Coast Hospice Residence in Stuart. She was born in Messina, N.Y., and lived in Stuart since 1976, coming from West Palm Beach. She was a paraprofessional for Challenger School & Citrus Cove. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Stuart, volunteered for the Special Olympics, the Marathon Club of Fleet Feet and was a chaperone for Friends Chorus, a special needs organization. Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Joseph R. Hill Sr. of Stuart; parents, James and Erma Eagen of Stuart; sons, Joseph R. Hill Jr. and Michael Hill, both of Stuart; daughter, Rebecca Hill of Stuart; and sisters, Karen Goodner of Port St. Lucie and Tina Ryan of Jasper. Memorial contributions may be made to Special Olympics, 1133 19th St. N.W., Washington, D.C. 20036. Services: A memorial celebration will be at 10:30 a.m. June 15 at First United Methodist Church of Stuart with the Rev. Phillip Short officiating.
