VALENTINE MC FAD
DEN Valentine (Val) Mc Fadden, born in Brooklyn, NY on September 23, 1922, died December 11, 2013. Val was a resident of Port St. Lucie, FL since 1985, moving from Babylon, NY. He served in the US Navy during WWII as a hospital corpsman on the USS Garrard in the South Pacific. Survivors include his wife, Eleanor (Gearhart) Mc Fadden; son Robert W. Mc Fadden and wife Carol; two grandsons, Robert Mc Fadden, Jr., Scott Mc Fadden and his wife Vickie; three great-grandchildren, Scott, Ashley and Eric; two stepchildren, Craig Wilson, Gary Wilson; and one niece Carol Hassett. He was predeceased by his first wife Mary. Visitation will be Monday, December 16, 2013 from 9:30AM- 10:30AM at the Aycock Funeral Home, Port St. Lucie, FL. A Mass of Christian burial will be Monday, December 16, 2013, 11:00AM at St. Lucie Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie, FL, with interment following at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Ft. Pierce, FL.
