William Allan Campbell, 59, died April 6, 2013, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach. He was born in Muncie, Ind., and lived in Fort Pierce for 31 years, coming from his birthplace. He was a Navy veteran. He worked as an engineer with Piper Aircraft in Vero Beach for 26 years, before his four years with Aeroshade Technologies Inc. in Fort Pierce. Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Kimberly Campbell; daughters, Carissa Campbell of Vero Beach and Nicki Campbell of Fort Pierce; mother, Irene Campbell, and brother, Michael Campbell, both of Merritt Island; sister, Karen Leighton of Rockledge; and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by his father, Virgil M. Campbell. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Tribute Program, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
