Alexander Stavrides Obituary

Alexander Stavrides, 83, died March 7, 2010, at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach. He was born in New York City and lived in Vero Beach for 10 years, coming from Miami. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy. Survivors include his daughter, Felicia Nassar of Carlsbad, Calif.; son, Louis Stavrides of Atlanta; sisters, Helen Constas and Alice Dogous, both of New York; and one grandchild. Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA/Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960. Services: Interment will be at South Florida National Cemetery. Lake Worth. Arrangements are by Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Vero Beach. A guest book may be signed at seawindsfh.com/obit.php.
