JoAnn Watt, 52, died Jan. 13, 2011, at Martin Memorial Medical Center in Stuart. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to Port St. Lucie 17 years ago from Central Valley, N.Y. She received her bachelor of science in biology from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. She was employed by Martin Memorial Health Systems as a lab technician and P.O.C. coordinator. She was a volunteer teacher in St. Lucie County's Learn to Read program. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Blair D. Watt of Port St. Lucie; daughters, Marylou Watt and Gidget Watt, both of Port St. Lucie; and a brother, Andrew Geraci of Port St. Lucie. She was preceded in death by her father, Adolph F. Geraci. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast, 4100 S.W. Leighton Farm Ave., Palm City, FL 34990. Services: A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Jan. 30, 2011, at the Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens, 2410 S.E. Westmoreland Blvd. Arrangements are by All County Funeral Home & Crematory Treasure Coast Chapel.
