James Rusnak Hobe Sound James Paul Rusnak, 73, died March 7, 2013. He was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, and attended Iowa State University and the Indiana Institute of Technology. He earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and was an engineer at Pratt & Whitney for 34 years. He was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church in Hobe Sound. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Mary Rusnak, daughter; Laura Mahoney of Marietta, Ga.; sons; Michael Rusnak of Chevy Chase, Md., and Gregory Rusnak of Lexington, Mass.; brothers; Jack Rusnak of Boone Iowa, Jerry Rusnak of Fort Smith, Ark.; sister, Marikay Fisher of Boone; and and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Kathryn Rusnak; and his sister, Marilyn Rusnak. Memorial contributions may be made to good Samaritan Medical Center, 1309 N. Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 or Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33407. Services: The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. March 14 at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center in Jupiter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. at St Christopher Catholic Church in Hobe Sound.
