JUDY CLARK Port St. Lucie Judy Clark, 73, died June 21, 2013 in her home in Port St. Lucie. She was born in Lafayette, Indiana. As a young adult starting her family, she relocated to Chicago, Illinois where she lived until 1982. She lived in Port Arthur, Texas, and then Little Rock, Arkansas before moving to Port St. Lucie to help care for her ailing parents. She lived in Port St. Lucie with her husband Tim for the next 12 years. Her favorite activity was spending time with her husband Tim. They both loved gardening, home improvement projects, and decorating their home for the holidays. Judy and Tim also looked forward to visits and conversation with neighbors Cathy and Ron Abbate, volunteering for the church, and traveling in their convertible for long cross-country drives with their dog, Artie. Most importantly, both taught each other how to love, live, and laugh. Rarely was one without a smile. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Port St. Lucie, serving as a choir singer, Deacon, and Elder. She was predeceased by her husband Timothy Clark and sisters Nancy Johnson of West Palm Beach and Barbara Auchter of Huntsville, Alabama. Survivors include her loving sister, Linda Smith of Atlanta, Georgia; daughter, Laurie Johnson of San Diego, Ca.; son, Scott Verhey, of Chicago, Il.; step-son John Clark of Glenview, Il.; step-daughter Kimberly Hiscock of Minooka, Il.; eleven grandchildren; many loving nieces and nephews; and faithful canine companion, Artie Clark, of Port St. Lucie. Memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Port St. Lucie, 2240 Walton Road, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952. Services: A memorial service will be on August 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Port St. Lucie. Arrangements are by All County Funeral Home & Crematory. Paid Obituary
