I only just now found out that my good friend and mentor had past in 2015. My last contact with him was in the late 1990s after he had retired. We spoke but did not see one another again. It was in the early 1960s when Fred and I first met. He took me under his wing as I had aspirations of pursuing an professional acting career. It was not to be but I will never forget this man who was so kind to me and like a big brother. I will forever keep him in my thoughts and prayers. Rest In Peace Fred.
