WEST MILTON — Beverly Ann Stapleton, 61, of West Milton, died at 9:56 am Thursday June 26, 2014 at the Grandview Medical Center, Dayton. She was born May 25, 1953 in Ashland to the late Ralph and Mary (Williams) Painter. She married Jerrold "Jerry" Stapleton December 19, 1971 in Troy; and he survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Karrie (Derek) Shants of Mandeville, Louisiana, Rebecca (Steve) Elliott of Piqua; a son Jerrold "Scott" Stapleton of Troy; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Deena (Richard) Balser of Laura, Patti Cremeans of Sidney; a brother Daryle (Jacquie) Painter of Troy; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister Janet Painter.
Mrs. Stapleton was a graduate of Troy High School and a wonderful homemaker all of her life. She loved her family, particularly her grandchildren and enjoyed gardening and solving jigsaw puzzles. She will be deeply missed by her loving family.
