COVINGTON — Gary Lee Kesler, age 66 of Covington, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at his home. Celebration of Life Service 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the Bridges-Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Covington with Pastor Bob Akins officiating, followed by Military Honors provided by the Veterans Elite Tribute Squad. The family will receive friends 10:00 A.M. Wednesday until time of service.

Kramer, Phyllis (Weldy) - Greenville  
TROY — Phyllis (Weldy) Kramer, age 79 of Troy Oh. passed away peacefully, Sat. June 18, 2016 in Greenville, OH. Born December 9, 1936 in Troy, OH to the late John and Agnes (Chronaberry) Weldy. She married Maurice E. Brubaker in 1955. He preceded her in death. Phyllis is survived by four children: Brenda Wood, Brian Brubaker, Diana Allen, all of Pleasant Hill, OH and Mike & Missy Brubaker, of Bradford, OH. Phyllis has seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by one Grandson: P.J. (Paul) Schwausch. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 25, 1pm at Unity of Dayton, 6741 Chambersburg Rd Huber Heights, OH.

GREENVILLE — Phyllis M. (Weldy) Kramer, age 79 of Greenville, OH went to be with her Lord at 6:50 PM on Saturday June 18, 2016 at the State of the Heart Hospice, Greenville, OH. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 25, 2016, 1:00 PM at Unity in Dayton, 6741 Chambersburg Rd. Huber Heights, OH. Arrangements are being handled by Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home, Piqua, OH.

Kurtz, Rev. Robert W. "Bob" - Potsdam  
POTSDAM — Rev. Robert "Bob" William Kurtz, Age 63, of Potsdam, passed away Monday, June 20, 2016 at his home. He was born February 13, 1953 and preceded in death by his parents Leonard William & Sarah Maxine (Starkey) Kurtz in Ravenna, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his parents. He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Jeannie (Veon) Kurtz of 41 years; son Matthew (Talissha) Kurtz of Laura; daughters Miranda (Joshua) Rohwer of Potsdam and Megan (Brian) Ouellette of Troy; 6 grandsons Brian, Landen, Jesse, Jacob, Bentley and Beckham; sister Marilyn (Otto) Falkenberg of Mantua and brothers David (Peggy) Kurtz of Kent and James (Carol) Kurtz of Stow. Bob was the longtime pastor at Potsdam Church of the Brethren for 33 years, loved spending time with his grandkids, woodworking, going fishing, golfing, traveling and going to the Bulldog Diner. Pastor Bob faithfully served his church and many others in the community throughout his ministry at Potsdam. Pastor Bob was loved and will be missed by the entire community. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, June 25 at Potsdam Church of the Brethren, 22 E. Cross St, Potsdam, OH 45361 with Rev. Fred Bernhard officiating. Burial will follow in Potsdam Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM on Friday, June 24 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Potsdam Church of the Brethren Memorial Fund. Online memories may be left for the family at www.hale-sarver.com .
