WEST MILTON — Gary Neil Conley, 58, of West Milton, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
He was born in Paintsville, Kentucky to Jeff and Sue (Pennington) Conley. Gary was an animal lover and enjoyed breeding and showing many different dogs over the years. He was an active member of the Echo Hills Kennel Club, Briard Club of America, and the United States Australian Shepherd Association. Gary also enjoyed trail riding and was an avid UD basketball fan. Gary is survived by his parents, two brothers, Perry and Jeff (Cindy), two daughters Natasha (Todd) Chesnut and Colleen (Troy) Fowler, grandchildren Anthony Chesnut and Grace Fowler, nephew Zane Conley, and niece Courtney Conley, all of Springfield.
He is also survived by his fiancée Jolene Kelley and her children Monica, Jillian, and Andrew Culver, all of West Milton, as well as his many loving aunts, uncles, and other friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at the Lighthouse Tabernacle, 5202 Valley Pike, Urbana, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Monday in the church with Pastor Rick Clos officiating. Burial will follow in Terre Haute Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made in Gary's name to the Alpha 1 Foundation or Briard Medical Trust.
Arrangements are being handled by the Jones-Kenney-Zechman Funeral Home, Springfield.
