Stewart retired to Rock Island, TN, with his wife. There, he enjoyed working as a school bus driver for Van Buren County Schools for more than 10 years. He retired in May due to illness.

Dear Mrs. Thacker and Family,
Sorry for your loss.
I just drove by your house outside of Covington the other day and thought of Stew. I had the pleasure of working on a project with my Dad, Harry, on one or more of Stew's buildings.
I have fond memories of him.
God bless,
Harlan Holsinger
