Susan, Cathy, Michael, David and the whole family and friends: I am so grateful that I had this guy as my Uncle Donald. When I talked to him after my father's passing, the spark I knew from him from my youth was recalled, so many years later. I will always have a very, very fond place in my heart for this terrific uncle of mine. I wish I could have seen more of him, wish I were able to be more of a traveler, and see family up north. Perhaps someday. I'm so sorry his time with us had to come to an end. What a good man we lost. He was a true man of service, not only the Navy but YMCA and with that many communities. I respect it so much about him. God be with you all and I know his spark will not fade with you all around!
