WARE - Patricia E. (Blanchard) Daignault, 91, formerly of Ware passed away on Sept. 12th 2013 in Orange City, FL. She was the wife of the late Bert Daignault to whom she was married for 67 years. She leaves her sons, Paul of Orange City, Peter and his wife Cathy of Guilford, CT, and Philip and his wife Mary of Ware; her grandchildren, Christopher and his wife Courtney of Kensington, MD, Nicole Daignault of Atlanta, Lisa Jaros and her husband Tom of Essex Jct., VT, Brian of Bradenton, FL, Marc and his wife Sandy of Madison, CT, Tom and his wife Tara of Sterling, VA, Dr. Michael Daignault of Brooklyn, NY and Kate Daignault of Baltimore, as well 10 great-grandchildren. Pat was predeceased by a grandson Mathew.
She was born in Springfield daughter of John and Mary (Lego) Blanchard and grew up in California, coming to Ware in 1940 and lived here until moving to Florida in 2010. Pat operated Babcock Greenhouses in Ware for 22 years and was a longtime volunteer at Mary Lane Hospital. She was a communicant of All Saints Church.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday from the Charbonneau Funeral Home, 30 Pleasant St., with a Mass at 10 AM in All Saints Church, North St. Burial will be in Quabbin Park Cemetery. Calling Hours will be held on Saturday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Pat's memory, to St. Mary's School, South St. Ware, MA 01082.
