Robert Hehir Obituary
Hudson, Ohio - Dr. Robert M. Hehir of Hudson, OH (age 86) passed away peacefully on Monday, May 14, 2018. He is predeceased by his wife of 51 years, Claire A. Hehir, his sister Elaine Finnegan, his daughter Susan L Snowman, and grandson Michael A. Battista. He is survived by his children Philip Hehir (Cathy), Deborrah Battista (Mark) and Karen Lowe (Rick), his brother Kenneth Hehir, son-in-law Geoff Snowman and 8 grandchildren. After working for the Government for 20 years, he came to work at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company under the President's Personnel Exchange Commission and was offered a permanent position the following year. He retired from Goodyear in 1995. Since that time, he has enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and friends. Robert's Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 340 N Main St, Hudson, OH 44236 on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Hudson. Reception at Laurel Lake Dining Room, 200 Laurel Lake Dr, Hudson, OH. Arrangements by Johnson-Romito Funeral Home, Hudson, OH. (330-650-4181).
