Mr. and Mrs. Ridley were like family to us. We met through a mutual love of the Opryland theme park. He and his wife were kind souls. I know they have found each other once again, and I hope they catch up with my Momma!

I had the priviledge of knowing John in the 70's when he was in the building industry. I attended a home builders convention in Houston with him and his friend Carl Smithson. What a wonderful story teller he was. My life was made much richer by having known John. I am sorry for your loss.

I am sorry I cannot attend due to not having child care, but know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope he has found my dad up in heaven and that they are having a grand reunion right now.

Your father was a great man. I know he will be missed by you all. May you find peace in knowing that he is with the Father now, suffering no more. God Bless you all, Jacque and Scott Baker
