Unquestioned honesty and integrity, deep abiding love for his family, a tremendous contribution to the entire appraisal profession and an overall love of life; just some the traits of the man, who always had time for people and could always be counted on for a good story. Norman is one of a kind. He will be sorely missed by all.

Hall Family, Norman was such a great friend and mentor to me over the past 38 years. I could always phone Norman for a thought or guidance. Such a great loss to you and the Appraisal Profession. I know we never want to give up our loved ones. So peace to you and above all to Norman and may God accept him into his grand Kingdom. With thought to you, Johnny M. Sullivan
