William BRINTON Obituary

BRINTON, JR., William DanielAge 73, died on April 28, 2011. Nashville, TN. Bill attended Vanderbilt University School of Engineering and graduated from Middle TN State University. He spent his professional life in the field of Finance in Nashville. He was a Rotarian and a member of Vine Street Christian Church. Preceded in death by parents, William Daniel Brinton and Pauline Hunt Brinton and infant sister, Joan Brinton. Survived by wife, Gloria Harris Brinton; son W. Dan Brinton III (Christy); daughters Laura Brinton and Dr. Elizabeth Hoover (Dr. Robert); grandsons, Robert Donald Hoover III, William Brinton Hoover and Wills Brinton; granddaughters, Anne Elizabeth Brinton and Caroline Brinton. There will be a private family burial. A memorial service will be conducted by Rev. Thomas Kleinert at 3 p.m., Sunday, May 1, 2011 at Vine St. Christian Church, 4101 Harding Rd. Nashville, with visitation 1 hour prior at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Alive Hospice. MARSHALL DONNELLY COMBS, (615)327-1111.

Bill was a good man who worked with us when we lived in the married student apartments at Belmont many years ago in the 60's/ As I got to know his family more recently, I found them just as nice. May God bless and comfort you.
