Cynthia Wright Fagan, born April 19, 1961, in Nashville, died October 27, 2014, at her residence in Woodbine, MD.

Preceded in death by her mother, Maggie P. Wright, and sister-in-law, Lisa Carole Wright.

Survived by husband, Jeffery Fagan; sons, Colin and Christopher Fagan; parents, Margaret and Dennis Wright, Madison; brother, Cliff Wright and his children Elizabeth and Justin Wright, all of San Antonio, TX; father and mother-in-law, Timothy W. and Connie M. Fagan, Bloomington, IN; sister-in-law, Lisa Tracey, Richmond, VA; brother-in-law, Mark Fagan, Indianapolis, IN; uncle, Frank Louthan, Jr., Madison, and his children, Cathy (Jim) Oliver, Hendersonville, Dr. Frank (Susan) Louthan III, Murfreesboro; uncle, Bill (Dianne) Wright, Hendersonville, and their children, Melissa (Gary) O'Brien, Hendersonville, Michelle (Dr. Todd) Rudolph, Chattanooga; aunt, Marianne (Wayne) Jones, Huntsville, AL, and their children Pamela (Keith) Mack, Huntsville, Suzanne (Steve) Prentiss, Memphis, Richard Jones, Huntsville, Collette Jones, Birmingham, AL; aunt, Jan Wright (Buddy) Sine, Erin, TN, and son Jason (Kathy) Sparks, Nashville; Cyndie's "other" sisters, Teresa (Tommy) Sims, Madison, Sandra (Jimmy) Couch, White House, Donna Register, Walterboro, SC; and, Cyndie's special friend and co-teacher, Lisa Vitalli, Ellicott City, MD.

Cyndie graduated from Madison High School, MTSU, and obtained her Master's Degree in English from Loyola University.

She taught English at Maplewood High School, the American High School, Berlin, Germany, and most recently was Head of the English Department at Mt. Hebron High School, Ellicott City, MD.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 2 pm Saturday, November 1, with visitation starting at 12 pm. Rev. David Winton and Norman Slate officiating.

Scott and I are SO SORRY for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Cyndie was a dear friend and we have thought of her often over the years. I have many fond memories of our time together in Berlin. Our very deepest condolences.
