KING, Robert HowsAge 84. Died June 10, 2010 at his home. Mr. King was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Clara Bouchard King; brothers, Albert and Phillips King. He was a WWII Air Force Veteran. He graduated from West End High School attended Vanderbilt University and the New Mexico School of Mines and was the proprietor of Kings Inn for over thirty years serving the Nashville community food, drink, friendship and advice. He is survived by his wife, Grace "Maddux" King; daughters, Laree (Steve) Bobo of Chicago and Kristie (Jamie) Sochovka of Nashville; son, Robert Hows (Lora) King, Jr. of Atlanta; grandchildren, Sara and Julia Bobo of Chicago, Jon, Allison and Emily Sochovka of Nashville, Clayton, Shelby and Jackson King of Atlanta. A graveside service will be held 12 noon, Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Woodlawn Memorial Park with Dr. David George officiating. In lieu of flowers, make donations to Alive Hospice, 1718 Patterson Street, Nashville, TN 37203. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5-8 p.m. and on Saturday from 11 a.m. til 12 noon prior to the service at WOODLAWN-ROESCH-PATTON FUNERAL HOME, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN, (615) 383-4754
