Wanda Gamble

Nashville, TN

Wanda Lee Gamble, age 73 of Nashville, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2014 at the Skyline Medical Center. She was a member of Bellshire United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Gamble was preceded in death by her parents, Ernis and Martha DeSheles; and a great-granddaughter, Lilly Doss.

She is survived by her husband, James Gamble; children, James Gamble, Jr. (Sheryll), Janice Gray (Harold), Jerry Gamble (Teresa), Todd Gamble (Tonya), Johnny Gamble (Pam), Jennifer McCroskey (Jeff), Joy Ellis (Scott); 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Peggy Ward, Lula Allen and Patricia Walker (Ray); and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, and again from 12-2 p.m. Thursday, at the Cole and Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Sandy Shawhan officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
