PORT GRIFFITH — John S. Dean, 86, of Port Griffith, died Nov. 16, 2018.
Funeral will be 8:45 a.m. Wednesday from Baloga Funeral Home Inc., 1201 Main St., Pittston (Port Griffith). Mass of Christian Burial 9:30 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church, William Street, Pittston. Friends may pay their respects 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

We were deeply sorry to hear of John's passing. We were fortunate to have taught with your mother, and I was fortunate to have served as zoning and code enforcement officer when he was chairman of the Board of Supervisors. He was an honorable man.
