LAFAYETTE - A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at 3:00 PM in La Chapelle de Martin & Castille in Lafayette, for Pamela Marie Chapman. Pamela died on Friday, November 16, 2012 at Lafayette General Medical Center from complications after a long battle with Crohn's Disease. Reverend Tom Lambert of Community Baptist Church in Lafayette will conduct the memorial service.

Survivors include her three daughters, Angelle Judice Adams and her husband Anthony, Natalie Marie Judice and her fiance Joshua Duhon, and Nichole Judice Romero and her husband Brandon; mother, Bobbie M. Chapman; father, Roger C. Chapman, Sr. and his wife Sandra; four grandchildren, Austin, Abigail, Anna-Grace and Connor; one brother, Clayton Chapman; one uncle, Thomas E. Barber; one aunt, Helen Williamson; and the father of her children, Randy James Judice.

A native of Midland, TX and a resident of Lafayette for over 50 years, Pamela Chapman graduated from All Saints Episcopal High School in Vicksburg, MS and East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, TX, where she majored in History. She was the retired owner of La Mode Shoes, and a member of the Junior League of Lafayette. For over 10 years, she was the wedding coordinator and Altar Guild Director at the Episcopal Church of the Ascension. Pamela was a history enthusiast, enjoyed flower gardening and loved the beach, especially her summers spent in Gulf Shores. She had a very deep faith and listened to sermons daily. Pamela Chapman will be dearly missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.

The family would like to express a heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Bradley Chastant, Jr. and Dr. Stephen Persons for the gentle care given to their mother during her time of need.

The family requests that visitation be observed in Martin & Castille's DOWNTOWN Lafayette location on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 9:00 AM until the time of service.
