He was dedicated to his work and was considered a top performer who was well-respected in his industry.

Matthew lived for his family, whom he dearly loved. He leaves behind his wife, Olivia; daughters, Kierra and Kaziah Smock; sons, Wylie Wren and Zane Smock; parents, Dennis and Michelle Smock; sisters: Kelli Riddle and husband, Jim; Kimi Gaskell; Kristi Rothbardt and husband, Mitch; and Kathi Delay and husband, Mark; brothers, Dennis (Bud) Smock and Jeff Smock; father-in-law, Randy Wytcherley; mother-in-law, Annalisa Pike; 22 nieces and nephews; 1 great niece; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Your infectious smile and laugh and the immense love you have for your children will never be forgotten. I have never in my life seen a man, and especially such a young man be so devoted to his children, I have watched you work while holding your son in your arms to comfort him...even though there was someone else who could do it.....it had to be you....you wouldn't have it any other way. God bless you!
