Keith, a resident of Lafayette, LA was the son of the late John O. Hendrick, Jr. and the former Kathryn Keith.

Keith was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Keith's interests in amateur Ham Radio began when he was eleven years old; he had a great passion for his experiences and acquaintances through his years as being a Ham Radio Operator, "WA5ISZ" or recently known as "K5UFO". Keith and his wife founded Service Communications in 1994 in Broussard, LA and was still active in the business. Keith loved fishing and spending time with his family and friends at his camp in Butte La Rose for many years and had his Ham Radio set up at his camp, as well as at his office and home. He had a great love for Mardi Gras and enjoyed watching the New Orleans Saints on Sundays.

He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Aline "Beanie" Hendrick; his daughter, Michelle Hendrick; his son, Jeffery Hendrick; his two grandchildren, Gavin and Aubree Hendrick; his grand dog "Cubby Dog"; one nephew and several nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, John O. Hendrick, III and his sister, Ruth H. Brunson.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home on Bertrand Drive on Sunday, February 23, 2014 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Visiting hours will continue on Monday from 8:00 am until the time of service.
