A native of Port Allen and resident of Baton Rouge, she passed Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014 at Baton Rouge General Medical Center Mid City. She was 65; visiting at Winnfield Funeral Home on Friday, Dec. 19 from 12 noon to 3 p.m. and at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, 2800 Wyandotte St. on Saturday, Dec. 20 from 9 a.m. until service at 10 a.m., conducted by Rev. Byron Sanders, Sr. Interment will take place at Winnfield Cemetery. She is survived by her three sons, Willie Jr., Horace and Samuel Brown; mother, Alma Johnson; sister, Jeanette Matthews (Robert); step daughter Janice Hill (Jeffrey); God daughter, Lucinda "Cindy" Henderson, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Josie is preceded in death by her husband Willie Brown, Sr.; Grandparents, Jessie and Josephine Johnson; brothers; Cotreal and Jessie Ray Johnson; God son-in-law Robert Henderson, Sr.

Bueche, Reeve I.  
A native of Jarreau, Reeve I. Bueche, passed away at 10:24 pm Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Pointe Coupee Health Care. She was 91 and retired from the Louisiana State Department of Education. Visiting at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lakeland on Saturday December 20, 2014 from 9 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am, conducted by Rev. Todd Lloyd. Interment in Chenal Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Severin Isaac Sr. and Cornelia David Isaac, brother and sister-in-law Isaac Severin Jr. and wife Virgie. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and she served as a Eucharistic Minister. Buker, Harold "Buck"  
Harold "Buck" Buker age 70 of Pinola, MS, died Thursday December 11, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Buck is survived by his partner Nan Dupeire LeBlanc of Pinola, MS., His children- Kent Buker, Robyn Magee and Spouse Tim, Curtis Buker and Spouse Martha, Regina Hebert and Ruben Giroir. Step Children- Donnie LeBlanc and Kevin "Nat" LeBlanc and Spouse Lori. Grandchildren- Bradley Buker, Brandon Rogers, Dylan McClendon, Brynna Rogers, Zachary Buker, Devyn Hebert, and John Curtis Buker. Step Grandchildren- Braxton LeBlanc, Logan LeBlanc, Danielle LeBlanc, Brookelyn LeBlanc and Blaze LeBlanc. He was preceded in death by his parents; Cecil Buker and Nelle Rose Walbaum Buker and Brother; Charles Buker. Mr. Buck was retired from Shell Chemical after 23 years of service. Mr. Buck was also an avid hunter and Nascar fan. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday December 20, 2014 at Ourso Funeral Home, 13533 Airline Hwy., Gonzales, LA. from 1 pm until 7 pm with memorial service to be held at 4 pm celebrated by Rev. Carolina, Roderick E.  
Roderick E. Carolina, resident and native of Baton Rouge, LA, departed his earthly life on Friday, December 12th at an early age of 34. He was a Class of 1999 graduate of McKinley High School. He enjoyed cooking and working in the restaurant industry. His lifelong dream was attending Culinary school and starting his own restaurant. He leaves to cherish his memories: Trina Carolina Hall (sister), Jeffrey Hall (Brother in Law), Paige Webb (niece), aunts, uncles and a host of family and friends. He was proceeded in death by his mother, Octavia Burks (Carolina) Green, grandparents, aunts and uncles. Delatte, Joan Marie  
Joan Marie Delatte 78 a native of Fordoche, LA and a resident of Lottie, LA passed away on Friday, December 12, 2014 at Pointe Coupee Nursing Home in New Roads, LA. She was a retired bookkeeper having worked 49 years for Marionneaux Lumber Company and Bayou State Lumber. She was a Specialist 3rd Class veteran with the US Army. Visitation will be on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Cane Brake Baptist Church in Lottie, LA from 9:00am until a Memorial Service celebrating her life at 10:00am. Burial will be at a later date. She is survived by one son Steve Delatte and wife Elaine of New Roads, LA; sisters Patricia Burns of Prairieville, LA, Maureen Savelle of Florein, LA, Judy Varnam and husband Ben of Erwinville, LA and Sandra Delatte of Erwinville, LA; brother Tim Delatte of Hammond, LA; grandchildren Justin Delatte and fiancé Danielle Aucoin, Allison Delatte and Blake Scheeler. She is also survived by one great grandchild Presley Grace Delatte. She was preceded in death by her parents Hubert and Odile Delatte, brother Hubert Delatte, Jr. and great granddaughter Adalyn Claire Delatte. Dominique Jr., Frank  
Frank Dominique, Jr. passed away on December 8, 2014, in Baton Rouge, LA, at the age of 75. He was a resident of Queens, New York, and a native of Plaquemine, LA. Frank was a retired Iron Worker. He is survived by his three daughters Donna Dominque, Inez Dominique and Virgiana Dominique; two sons Donell Dominique, Frank Dominique; two sisters Rilma D. Kelly, Susie D. McMillion (James); one brother Oscar S. Mellion; 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank Dominigue, Sr. Inex Mellion Pania and Wilbert Paina grandparents Ernest and Susie D. Dominigue, Pete and Virgiana M. Mellion, one sister Geraldine D. Banks and grandson Chanell Dominigue. Ellis, Betty Lloyd Leeper  
Betty Lloyd Leeper Ellis was born on December 4, 1927 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was a resident of Baton Rouge and passed away peacefully at St. James Place on December 16, 2014 at the age of 87. When she left us, she was holding the hands of her family. She is survived by her son Jim Ellis and wife, Becky, of Baton Rouge, daughters Carol E. McCraw and husband, John, of Houston, Texas, and Ann J. Ellis, of Baton Rouge; grandchildren Rebecca Lloyd Ellis of Baton Rouge, James A. Ellis and wife, Mary Emrey, of Houston, Texas; Paul L. Ellis and wife, Meredith, of Baton Rouge; William H. McCraw of Houston, Texas, and Caroline M. Lesem and husband, Ben, of Austin, Texas; great-grandchildren Emily and Mark Lesem of Austin, Texas; Eleanor and Thomas Ellis of Baton Rouge, and West Ellis of Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Almont Ellis, and her parents, Lloyd and Vashti Leeper. Betty Lloyd graduated from Byrd High School in Shreveport and attended the University of Arkansas where she was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. She was a member of the Junior League of Baton Rouge, La Lecture Book Club, Rebels Dance Club, and Revellers Dance Club. She was an active and dedicated member of Circle 6 and First Presbyterian Church of Baton Rouge. Whether it was her time spent living in Shreveport, Bayou Lafourche, Houston, or Baton Rouge, she was blessed throughout her life to have wonderful and loving friends who she stayed in touch with and cherished to the very end of her life. She loved her family and took great delight in her grandchildren and her expanding list of great-grandchildren. She loved her Northeast Texas farm which she and her husband Al nurtured and passed along to her children and grandchildren, where they now gather, work, celebrate, and for which they will forever be thankful. We will miss her, but her legacy will be with each one of us every day as we go through life. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 20, 2014, immediately followed by services at 11:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Baton Rouge, 763 North Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA. Pallbearers will be James A. Ellis, Paul L. Ellis, William H. McCraw, Ben Lesem, Robert Stewart, and Martin Walke. Special thanks to long-time family friend and helper, Wanda Walker, along with Helen Rogers, Chantal Dillon, and the wonderful Staff at St. James Place - all of whom made a difference in her final days. Gauthier, Forrest Shane  
Forrest Shane Gauthier was born on March 25, 1994 and was called home on Sunday December 14, 2014. He is survived by his father, Michael Shane Gauthier, Stepmother Shanna Doyle Gauthier, Mother Stacey Allene McIntyre. He is also survived by his siblings; Chelsea Ryan McIntyre, Michael Collen Gauthier and Casey Dillon Rachel, as well as Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and many Friends. Forrest graduated from Live Oak High School, class of 2012. He attended LaTech in Ruston, La. Visitation for Forrest will be held on Friday Dec 19, 2014 from 6p-9p and Sat Dec 20, 2014 8a until Service at 10a at Amite Baptist Church. 7100 Amite Church Road, Denham Springs, La 70706. Haydel, Maurine Montgomery  
A resident of Central and a former resident of Clinton, she died Thursday, December 18, 2014. She was 91 years old and was retired from LSU Cooperative Extension Service. Visiting will be at Feliciana Baptist Church in Clinton on Saturday, December 20, 2014 from 10am until 11am service conducted by Rev. Tony Hand. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery, Clinton. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Haydel Smith and husband, Stephen. A sister in law, Jean Montgomery. 4 grandchildren, Bradley J. Smith, Collin V. Smith and wife, Blair, Amon Craig and wife, Emily and Ashley Breedlove and husband Crawford. 3 great grandchildren, Hunter, Brady and Berkley. And numerous nieces and a nephew. She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, WJ Haydel, a daughter, Adrienne Haydel Craig and siblings, Elgen Montgomery, Mabel King, her twin brother, Morgan Montgomery and Glenda Roy. Pallbearers will be Brad Smith, Collin Smith, Amon Craig, Tim Craig, Bill Montgomery and Ikie Roberts. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Feliciana Baptist Church, P.O.
