Emmanuel Duane Stewart

A loving Brother in Christ, husband, father, son and son in law was called home to rest at 6:55 p.m. on January 3, 2013. Sharing this favorite scripture, Proverbs 3:5 ""Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding"". Emmanuel was 36 years old, a Native of Plaquemine, La. And a resident of Livonia, La. He was a mighty man of God and shared the gospel through his music and by showing his genuine love for people. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Visiting will be held on Wednesday, 1/9/13 at Miracle Place Church, 2080 Main St, Baker, La. Viewing from 10a.m-12p.m. and services will begin at 12:00 p.m. being conducted by Bishop Ricky Sinclair. Survived by his wife, Monet Scallan Stewart, two sons, Brant and Bo Stewart, step son, Brayden Brown, mother, Diane Bridgewater and step father Randolph Bridgewater, siblings, Anthony Joe Stewart, Samantha Georgetown, Walter Georgetown, Mercedes Stewart, Robert Stewart, Angie Stewart, Shedrick Stewart, and Robert Bernard Bridgewater, mother in law, Joyce Scallan and two sisters in law, Misty Scallan and Carrie Buxton.
