Mr. Frank always said there are two rules in business; "When you're not making money, don't spend money. And rule #2 don't worry about the score, the bank keeps score".

I have such fond memories of growing up and spending half of my childhood at Mr. Frank's house. Remembering summer days spent at "the shop" and Mr. Frank allowing me and Gary to run all over the place riding horses. Gary I am so sad for your loss. You and Janice are in our prayers.

Mr. Frank was a Great Man. I grew up hearing stories about Mr Frank from my Dad Henry Rathcke Jr. and Mr. JH Jenkins. I also have had the pleasure of doing business with Mr. Frank for the last twenty years. He is one of the Great Buisness Men that God broke the mold on. They just don't make Men like him anymore.

A man's legacy is based on what he has left behind & Mr. Frank has left behind a legacy to be proud of! My Dad and Poppee (H.P. "Pete" Firmin III, H.P. Firmin, Jr.) refer to Mr. Frank with such love and respect. He holds a special place in all of our hearts and the generosity, wisdom and mentoring he has given to all members of the family mean so much. My Dad still loves to refer to himself as "Pete Firmin Dammit" and always attached the many memories of Mr. Frank with a smile. You are all in our thoughts and prayers and may God Bless you and bring true peace during this difficult time.

As a fellow contractor bidding against Mr. Frank through the years I can say that he was strong as an acre of garlic, a worthy competitor and a true gentleman. After long talks with him I could see the character that made him a giant of the road building industry. Thanks and God bless, Chief.

My Dad,Jack "ReRun" Gonzalez has worked for Mr. Frank for almost 30 years. Mr. Frank ,Mr. Gary, Mr. Tommy all have been apart of our family since. Although we are grieving for Mr. Frank he has touched our hearts and left us with fond memories to share. It pains us to see such a Patriarch pass on. All we have to do is look out our windows to see all that he has accomplished. Mr. Frank you will be deeply missed.
