Shirley LeJeune Martin

Retired owner of the River Queen Drive In and a resident of Port Allen, she died Saturday evening, March 2, 2013, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, Baton Rouge. She was 78 and a native of West Baton Rouge Parish. Visiting at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Brusly, on Tuesday, March 5, from 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m., with the Rev. Matt Lorrain, celebrant. Entombment of ashes at St. John Mausoleum at a later date. Survived by her daughter, Lana LeJeune Lindsey and husband Garry, of Milton, Fla.; two sons, Wilton F. 'Sonny' LeJeune III and wife Paulette, and Ray T. LeJeune and wife Kathy, all of Addis; five sisters, Corinne Lemoine, Geraldine Simms, Barbara Gallegos, Mary Janice Sarradet and Marie Hebert; three brothers, John Johnson, Thomas Johnson, Jr., and James Johnson; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her first husband, Wilton F. LeJeune, Jr.; second husband, Roland H. Martin, Jr.; parents, Thomas and Corinne Johnson; son, Robb A. LeJeune; and sister, Ethel Labouliere. She loved family activities with siblings, children and grandchildren. She was an active member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church where she was involved in many church activities.
