I knew W. K. when we were undergraduates at LSU in the late '40s after the war. We roomed at the Pentagon Barracks. W. K. was always a pleasure to be around with his sense of humor and ready smile. It's not surprising that he had a future in politics, because everybody liked him. God grant the family courage and faith at this time, and God grant W. K. eternal rest.
