A resident of St. Francisville, she died Friday, January 3, 2014 at her home. She was 90 years old. Visiting will be at First Baptist Church in St. Francisville on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 from 9am until service at 11am conducted by Rev. Kevin Cheatham. Burial will be in Grace Episcopal Church Cemetery, St. Francisville. Pallbearers will be Paul Magee, Judy Smith, Carter Percy, C.B. Owens, Bobby Daniel and Randy Thomas. She is survived by 2 daughters, Katherine Percy Bray and husband, David, Natchez, MS; and Anne Percy Kellum and husband, Charles, Jackson, MS. 2 sons, Edward Scott Percy and wife, Patty, St. Francisville; and Nolan Carter Percy and wife, Michael Anne, St. Francisville/Baton Rouge. 6 grandchildren, Anna Percy Richmond, Nolan Carter Percy, Carrie Carter, John Cody Bray, Julia Anne Bray and Mason Scott Kellum. 2 great grandchildren, Michael Carter Richmond and Caleb Kellum. She is preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Edward Carter Percy and her parents, Earl and Azama O'Quin. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University.
