A retired East Baton Rouge Parish school system food service employee who worked at both Glen Oaks and Crestworth Middle Schools, she died at 6:05 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center-Mid City. She was 70, a resident and native of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Promised Land Baptist Church, 7234 Plank Road, on Friday, Feb. 15, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., followed by services at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, conducted by the Rev. Perry Wrightrs Jr. Interment in Southern Memorial Gardens. Survived by a daughter, Linda Kelley; sons, Relloyd Kelley Jr. and Kenneth (Joslyn) Kelley Sr., both of Baker; sisters, Denise Henderson and Kenyatta O'Conner; brother, Arthur (Dorrie) Henderson, of Houston; mother-in-law, Ella O. Kelley, of Blairstown; best friend for more than 50 years, Marion Donaldson; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Relloyd Kelley Sr.; mother and stepfather, Sarah W. and Willie O'Conner; father, Eddie Henderson; two sisters, Shirley H. Eby and Kimberly O'Conner; father-in-law, Nathan Kelley Sr.; four uncles, four aunts and a niece. She was a graduate of Scotlandville High School, class of 1962.
