Bruce Eugene DeLatte, Sr., a native and resident of Denham Springs, peacefully passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2013. He was a Vietnam veteran and a proud American. He is survived by his spouse, Joan DeLatte, sons, Bruce DeLatte, Jr., Tonka DeLatte and wife Lori, sister, Norma Trahan, brother, Earl DeLatte and wife Mary, sister-in-law, Kathy DeLatte, grandchildren, Conner, Averi, and Kloe DeLatte. He is preceded in death by his father, Rev. George Warren DeLatte, mother, Melvia Marie DeLatte, and brother, Lucion Wayne DeLatte. Pallbearers will be Joe Koczrowski, Roy Zachary, E.A. Babin, Jeff Sachse, Bill Stegall, Thomas Levert, Melvin Mayers and Harry Reeves. There will be a visitation held on Monday, March 4, 2013 at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs from 5:00PM until 9:00PM. Visitation will resume on Tuesday from 10:00AM until funeral services at 12:00PM. Burial will follow the service in Evergreen Memorial Park.
