It is never easy to say good bye especially to one who brought so much life everywhere she went. With Dottie around you knew there was always going to be a good time. I remember her introducing herself to Stefano as "Dottie with the body." It still makes me laugh. Heaven is going to be a more interesting place with Dottie running around.

Although I only moved to Baton Rouge three months ago, I was fortunate to have the very distinct pleasure of meeting Ms. Dottie right away - over an evening cocktail and tales of her beloved group of friends - "The Whiskey Widows." That was the first night that I wasn't homesick and I looked forward to spending time with "Dottie With The Body" from then on. I only hope that I have half of her spunk when I reach my elder years! I will miss her so much at our PM company functions. Her family will be in my thoughts and prayers as I know she was definitely one of a kind.

Aunt Dottie is already deeply missed. We loved her trips to visit us in Biloxi with Nancy. She knew everyone at the Beau Rivage in the VIP area and they always asked about her. She was such a personality! She loved her group the "whiskey widows" and enjoyed meeting new people. She always made everyone feel welcome and had the best sense of humor. We love her and will miss her.
