Bordelon, Gary Michael A community involvement leader for Wal-Mart on College Drive in Baton Rouge, he died Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2007, at 7:30 a.m. in Plaquemine. He was 51, a resident of White Castle and a native of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, White Castle, on Wednesday, Feb. 21, was from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation resumes at the funeral home on Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, White Castle, at 10 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Gary Belsome, celebrant, and Deacon William Berthelot. Entombment in White Castle Mausoleum. Survived by his parents, Gaston Louis Jr. and Shirley Mae Dawson Bordelon, White Castle; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Melanie and Ronnie LeBlanc, Plaquemine, and Catherine and Joseph Richard, White Castle; and four brothers and sisters-in-law, Gaston III and Ellen Bordelon, Gonzales, and Mark and Patty Bordelon, John Wayne and Carolyn Bordelon and Brian and Christy Bordelon, all of White Castle; longtime friend, James Morvant, Lafayette; and numerous nieces and nephews.
