The retired owner and manager of Action Building Maintenance, Inc., she died at her residence in Baton Rouge on Wednesday, October, 31, 2012 after a short battle with cancer. She was 76 and a native of Baton Rouge. Visitation at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 11441 Goodwood Blvd, on Saturday, November 3, 2012 from 10:30 am until Mass of Christian Burial at noon celebrated by the Rev. Michael Collins. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Jean is survived by her husband, Arthur "A.J." Tullier of Baton Rouge; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and J.C. Rivet and Tanya and Mike Martello, all of Baton Rouge; two sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Veronica Friedrichs of Walker and David and Robin Friedrichs of Franklin, TN; brother and sister-in-law, Neil and Lois O'Keefe of Lafayette; sister-in-law, Alice Friedrichs Bennett of Denham Springs; eight grandchildren, Jodi, Shannon, Christian, Jonathan, Ashley, Jason, Angela and Ciera; ten great-grandchildren; God child, Barbara Montagnino; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Fred Friedrichs; parents, Thomas William O'Keefe and Agnes Mary Haydel O'Keefe; sister, Mary Agnes O'Keefe; an infant sister and an infant grandson. Pallbearers will be Paul Friedrichs, Jonathan Rivet, J.C. Rivet, Mike Martello, Greg Tullier and L.J. Tullier. Honorary pallbearers will be David Friedrichs, Neil O'Keefe and Al Schroeck. Jean was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Beta Sigma Phi and Building Service Contractors of America. The family thanks Hospice of Baton Rouge for their care during her illness.
