A retired Sergeant with the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office, with 20 years of service, he died Feb. 15, 2013 at his home in Baton Rouge. He was 51 years old. Visiting will be at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. in Zachary on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. with a 6:30 p.m. Rosary lead by Fr. Tom Duhe' and continues Monday, Feb. 18, 2013 from 8 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m. conducted by Rev. Alvin Hall and Randy Hall. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery, Pine Grove. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Rhonda Garrene Hall. Daughters, Reghan Hall and fiancé, Will Littlepage, and Allison Hall all of Baton Rouge. His parents, Rev. Darwin and Betty Hall, Jarreau, formerly of Clinton, and brother, Randy Hall, Orange Beach, AL. Father-in-law and mother-in-law, Sonny and Mary Garrene, and sister-in-law, Renee Gibbs. He is preceded in death by an infant sister, his grandparents, George and Beatrice Dozier, and D.R. and Emma Hall, and brother-in-law, Marvin Garrene III. Pallbearers will be Zachary King, Jacob King, Gray Hall, Connor Hall, Kevin Davis, Wade Moore, Kevin Banta, Troy Benoit and J.D. King, who is currently serving in Afghanistan with the 756th National Guard. Honorary pallbearers will be Henry Davis, Ben Young, Randy Keller, Evan Hall, and Mike Varnado.
