Love you Leonard...I owe you dinner!!! I know we talked about going to a nice dinner in Charleston when you visited sometime later this year and stopping by my Alma Mater, The Citadel...I know we won't make it this year, but when I "hopefully" get up there with you, I plan on buying you that dinner :-) Im going to miss speaking with you....Please interceded for us all. I knew "Brother Hrolf" through CAF. He was a truly remarkable person; devoted to his faith and his family, funny, so wise and a quiet leader. He always had a story to tell. It was an honor to have known him. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Eternal rest grant to Him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.

I only knew Leonard as "Brother." Strange how I never met him but still I feel such a loss. He is a bright soul... How blessed his family is to have had him close. May God grant him eternal rest.

Dear Annabel & Family,
My deepest condolence to you at this very sad time in your lives…. Leonard was one of the finest men I have ever known…I am proud to have called him friend. He taught me so much...not only about the Faith, history, etc. but, love and appreciation for the good things that God has given us.

Dear Brother Hrolf !! He was a great man of faith & a true Southern gentleman. So many times, he inspired me, & so many times he made me laugh.
He was such a gift to all of us at CAF, especially to our little "family" in the Clubhouse....
This old world has lost a true knight, & Heaven has gained another voice for the chorus.
Bro, I hope so to live as to one day meet you on that shore, and rest under the shade of the trees.

Annabelle and boys: Although I am from Canada, Lenord's love knew no bounds. It has been a great blessing to have known him and a greater blessing yet to know that he will never be forgotten. His lessons of true devotion and humility has met its mark with me and so many others on Catholic Answers. He is one of my heroes! Godspeed Leornard, and may we meet again Bro!

I had the pleasure of corresponding with Leonard through Catholic Answers. He touched many people around the world and we are blessed to have had him for such spiritual assistance, insight, stories, history lessons, and role model for the faith.
He will be missed by so many. My life was certainly enriched.
I am so sorry for your loss and will continue to pray for your family.

Leonard was an impressively intelligent and talented man. I have wonderful memories of the years we worked together and sang in the Cathedral Choir. I worked with Leonard the last 14 years and always thought highly of him. He was very smart and had a great laugh. He will be missed greatly around the office.
