A resident of Baton Rouge, he passed away Friday, Nov.23, 2012, at Sterling Place. He was 54 and a native of Rumuobiokani, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Visiting at Desselle Funeral Home on Monday, Dec. 10, from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m. Interment in Roselawn Cemetery. He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory, a loving wife of 18 years, Patience A Amadi; two children, Charlot and Noble Amadi; his mother, Mrs. Mary Amadi; brother, Paul Amadi; two sisters-in-law, Blessing Amadi and Nkechi Amadi; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mrs. C. Wodi and Dr. V. H. Benson; a very devoted cousin, Charles Wopara and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Chief Jameson Amadi; three brothers, Eugene Amadi, Samuel Amadi and Francis Anayo Amadi; one sister, Cecillia Amadi and other Amadi family members.
