A beloved father, son, brother and friend, Nicholas Brumfield made his journey to heaven complete on Saturday, May 31, 2014. He was 23 years old and a resident of Greenwell Springs, La. He was the owner and operator of Next Level Customs. Relgious service will be held at the Church of God, 3135 Ozark St., Baton Rouge, La, 70805, Tuesday, June 10, at 11 a.m., followed by Internment service at Winnfield Memorial Park. Nicholas leaves to cherish his precious memory one daughter, Madison N. Brumfield, parents; mother, Robin Smith of McKinney, TX; father, James Brumfield Sr. of College Station, TX.; a devoted stepfather, Donald R. Matthews; one sister, Lauren Smith; four brothers; Terrelle Smith, Brandon Smith, James Brumfield Jr. and Christopher Brumfield; maternal grandfather, Sterling Smith; paternal grandmother, Dorothy (Arthur) Simmons; a devoted girlfriend Yahlitha Lilly; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Maggie Smith; paternal grandfather Charlie Brumfield Sr.; and uncle Todd Brown. Arrangements by A.
