Anselmo; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 62 years, Rozelia D. Anselmo; parents, Sam R. Sr. and Virginia Roppolo Anselmo; two brothers, Anthony and Joseph Anselmo; sister-in-law, Lucille DePriest Anselmo; two nephews, Greg and Mark Anselmo; and a granddaughter, Shemayne Anselmo Griffin. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations might be made to the Alzheimer's Association. The family extends many thanks to the director and staff of Sherwood Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Lyman, Sam and Pam,
Your dad and mom were very dear friends of my mom and dad, Ruth and Gussey Brasseaux. Mr. Sam's memory will live forever in our minds as a great person and friend. (I will bet the 4 of them are telling joke after joke in heaven).
