Tom Hair Obituary

Tom was born in Georgetown, S.C., and was a resident of Pride. He died at 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at his home. He was 51 and a carpenter by trade. Tom was a very loving, caring and compassionate person who enjoyed life, his family and his Harley-Davidson. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Thursday, March 11, was from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a eulogy at 7 p.m. by the family. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by his siblings, Phyliss Mitchael, Fran Wooley and Frank Hair Jr.; three nieces, Anna Mitchael, Kathleen Hair and Megan Wooley; a nephew, David Mitchael. He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin D. Hair Sr. and Esther Holden Hair.

I have alot of fond memories of Tom he was a very sweet man and a wonderful uncle to Kat. He will be missed.

I am sorry for your loss. My great aunt, Emma Lee Crouch Hair, was from Rockhill, S.C. I once met her son, Wallace Hair. Her brother, Robert Franklin Crouch, was my maternal grandfather. Perhaps we are related.
