I came to work at Agrico as production manager in1973. I had never worked in a granulation plant. Rudy was always helpful to me and taught me a lot about the process. It seemed to me that he was always in a good mood. He had a quick smile and an infectious laugh that made him a pleasure to be around. I know he is now in a better place. Although we miss him, I am happpy I knew him for as long as I did. May God bless you, his family and friends, now in your time of need.
