A resident of Clinton, she died, Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014 at Grace Health and Rehab. She was 85 years old and retired from East Louisiana State Hospital with 20 years of service. Visiting will be at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. in Clinton on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014 from 10am until 1pm service conducted by her brother in law, Rev. Stanley Day and Rev. Rusty Bowser. Pallbearers will be Kevin Belue, Scott Belue, Bryan Belue, Keith Nobles, Raymond Day and Arnold McDowell. Honorary pallbearer will be Hunter Lane Belue. Burial will be in Plank Road Baptist Church Cemetery, Slaughter. She is survived by her 4 grandchildren, Kevin Belue and wife, Dawn; Scott Belue and wife, Kristy; Daina Nobles and husband, Keith and Bryan Belue and wife, Jessica; 3 great grandchildren, Hunter Lane Belue, Kaden Lane Belue and Kylie Grace Nobles. 3 step great grandchildren, Jamie, Natalee and Nellee; sisters, Virginia L. McDowell and Grace Day and husband, Stanley; daughter in law, Letitia "Tish" Belue; friend and roommate for 3 years, Martha "Granny" Hodges. She is preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Clayton Belue, son, Robert Lane Belue, parents, Frank and Mary Lee Cummings, brother, Chanies Lee Cummings and brother in law, Elbert McDowell.
