Nettie Baddock Dupuy, 94, of Baton Rouge, passed away on September 3, 2014 at her residence. She was a homemaker and was a graduate of the class of 1937 at St. Joseph's Academy. She loved gardening, politics, and was a classic movie buff. She loved her family and her friends. Nettie was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Francis Baddock and Nettie Richard Baddock. She is survived by two daughters, Dee Ann Murphy and Susan Dupuy Marston and husband Ron; one son, David Dupuy and wife Mathilde, all of Baton Rouge; four grandchildren, Suzanne LaCroix and husband Kurt, Melissa Landry and Joel Nickel, Lauren Dvorscak and husband Eric, and Lisa Wittstruck and husband Carl; four great-grandchildren, Mollie and Matthew LaCroix, Liam Dvorscak and Remi Wittstruck; and special friends, Chris, John and Dillon. The family would like to say a special thanks to her special caregivers, Ruth Hartford, Sharon Johnson, Gwen Anderson, Keisha Smith, and Sherry Beasley and Amedisys Hospice. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Joseph's Academy and Catholic High School. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Rabenhorst Funeral Home on Government Blvd. beginning at 10:00 AM until service time at 12:00 noon with internment to follow at St. George Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum.
