A resident of Baker, and a retired secretary with Local 198, she passed away at 6:05 a.m. Thursday, October 25, 2012 at The Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice. She was 74, and a native of Springfield. Visiting at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 4901 Harding Street, Baker, on Monday, October 29, 2012 from 10 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m., conducted by Bishop Baird. Interment to follow in Port Hudson National Cemetery. Survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Jewel and Stephen Cali, Debra and Essie Leboeuf, and Barbara Cogley; son, Milton Wayne LeBlanc; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Mary and Billy Raines, Casey and Sydney Collier, and Cathy Saurage; a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Verline Rownd; eight grandchildren, Stephen Cali, Jr. and wife Rebecca, Matthew Cali, Luke Cali, Jared Leboeuf and wife Mekel, Whitney Leboeuf, Justin LeBlanc, Veronica Hopper and husband James, and Amanda Eggleston; and two great-grandchildren, Jada Rose Parrish and James David Hopper, Jr. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ansell "Pete" Cogley; son, David LeBlanc; one brother, two sisters, and her parents, Mamie and James A. Rownd. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ LDS in Baker. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Louisiana Diabetes Foundation, 4050 N.
