On Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012 at 4 p.m. at his residence, the Lord welcomed brother Samuel Wilson, Sr. home. Visiting at St. Luke Baptist Church, Baton Rouge, on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012 from 9 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. conducted by Elder Dr. Jonathan Chambers. Interment in Revilletown Park Cemetery, Plaquemine. Survivors include his daughters, Josie Wilson Osborne, Denise Elaine Wilson, Dore Mae Wilson and Deliria Wilson, all of Baton Rouge; son, Kevin Lamar (Nancy) Wilson of Baker; brother, Jimmie (Ethel) Wilson of Slidell; devoted sisters-in-law, Mary Alice Bosley Wilson and Leola Barber Casma, of Plaquemine.
