Charles Wayne Goodlett, 50, of Lawrenceburg, died Thursday, May 9, 2013, at his residence.

He was the son of the late Earl and Evelye Mae "Dolly" Stratton Goodlett. He was a member of Ninevah Christian Church, and a former maintance worker for the City of Versailles. He was a member of the National Wild Turkey Federation.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Selina Vaughn Goodlett; three daughters, Crystal Gayle Goodlett, and Makenzye Layne Goodlett, both of Lawrenceburg, and Stacy Lynn (Jeremy) Renner, Harrodsburg; five sisters, Mildred Ann Dennis, Joyce (Eric) Smith, Shirley (John) Maddox, all of Lawrenceburg; Judy Wash, and Debbie (Johnny) Carrier, both of Frankfort; two brothers, Earl Ray (Mildred) Goodlett and Barry (Julie) Goodlett, Lawrenceburg; two grandchildren, Morgan Elise Renner, and Savanah Kate Renner, Harrodsburg; his father-in-law, Roy Vaughn, Lawrenceburg; two sisters-in-law, Diane Goodlett and Bonnie Goodlett, Lawrenceburg; a brother-in-law, Troy (Becky) Vaughn, Lawrenceburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held May 14 at Gash Memorial Chapel with Bro. Terry Cooper officiating. Burial followed in the Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Casketbearers were Frankie Stevens, Spencer Barnett, Ronnie Phelps, Kevin Goodlett, Scottie Foley, Darrin Goodlett, Matthew McClease and Brian Nichols. Honorary bearers were Jimmy McGuffin, Jamie McGuffin and Dustin McGuffin.
